Who owns the customer relationship?
The customer relationship stays entirely yours. The storefront runs under your brand and domain, customers sign in with your accounts, and all communication is sent in your name — JMS stays behind the scenes.
What does my team need to build?
Almost nothing — entry points on your site or app and an authorization integration. JMS builds the storefront and keeps it running — catalog, pricing and order flow — so most partners launch without a dedicated dev team.
How long does a launch take?
Build time is typically 6–8 weeks for a web marketplace on your own domain, and 8–10 weeks for a WebView embed inside your app, counted from contract signing and kick-off — once commercial terms and the payment provider are closed.
Which supply markets are included?
A 50M+ SKU pool from 13,000+ verified sellers, curated to your market and categories. Most partners start with China and switch on further origins as operations prove out.
Does this solution create a dependency on a single supplier for the cross-border product feed?
You keep your options open: we support parallel work on a full cross-border feed, which gives you flexibility and diverse inventory, and we are open to integrating your other solutions into the existing system.
Is it possible to add new cross-border sellers?
New sellers can be added at any time — our established KYC pipeline onboards any sellers you are interested in.
What does the product content look like?
Localized titles, descriptions, and verified customer reviews, fully de-branded — the catalog reads as your own. Product cards come as the sellers publish them: we translate and localize, but do not rewrite listings or edit photos.
Who handles delivery?
JMS runs the cross-border leg with end-to-end tracking, all under your brand. The setup adapts to yours: we can carry the full route ourselves, or plug into your existing logistics — for example, handing parcels over to your own last mile.
